The lines were cast off precisely at 11:00 for the boat ride out to the pictured rock cliffs, I\u2019m not sure how fast we were going in the bay, but once we got out into the lake and the captain turned the big cats loose, I had to take my hat off. It probably would have blown off to be lost forever.<\/p>\n
We arrived early and stood in line, in the sun, on one of the warmest days we have experienced so far this summer. Later in the day the Jeep showed 91, UGH. Anyway being one of the first few in line was worth it as we grabbed a seat on the top of the 3 level, we set back in the corner.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t remember my notical terms but we were on the left, lake side for the ride out. Turns out that, in my opinion, that was the side to be on. On the way up the Clift side passengers has good photo ops, so did we with standing up, on the ride back however the captain maneuvered the boat much closer to shore, so close a few times you had to crane your neck to see the top of the cliffs.<\/p>\n
We opted to pay a few $$ more for a little longer ride up the coast to Spray falls, it was pretty cool seeing the falls from the lake. \u00a0Did I mention that we also went pass Bridal Falls which wasn’t running due to beavers making dams on the river above so all we saw was the cut into the cliff.<\/p>\n
The trip was about 2 hours and 5 minutes, they obviously have the timing down to a science.<\/p>\n\n\t\t
