5\/31\/220 – 6\/6\/2020 \u00a0Elevation 817 Miles driven 113<\/p>\n
Todays drive was pretty short. We decided kinda at the last minute to hang out near hades for a Bluebird rally in Shipshewana IN, I counted 23+ bluebird motor homes and 1 converted school bus here. O Think RUBY was the oldest one here and only 1 of 2 FC’s that had front engines.<\/p>\n
The forecast is expected to be near hades temptures with a chance of storms later in the week. To go along with the totally unacceptable temptures is the fact that we’re on 30 amp service so that means we can only run 1(ONE) air conditioner unit. UGH!!! I hope I don’t melt!!<\/p>\n
6\/2\/2020<\/p>\n
We went to this HUGE flea marked up here in Shipsheawna, we got there 15 minutes after it opened, it wasn\u2019t to crowded yet and there was quite a breeze blowing, so we felt reasonably safe from the virus. We only stepped under a couple of canopies, in all we walked just over 2 miles according to Mary\u2019s app thingy, I told you it was a big flea market. The weather was comfortable that early in the morning. Didn\u2019t think to get any pictures of the row after row of venders.<\/p>\n
Well now, let me tell you, I was pretty sure we were in hades, for real, later in the day when we hit 92 unacceptable degrees. It was HOT the humidity was up but not all that bad. Well anyway, being on 30 amp we can only run 1 AC unit. Along about 6:00 we tripped the 30 amp breaker. The office is closed by then so no way to get an electrition to come out.<\/p>\n
We sat outside in the shade until it started cooling off then with fingers crossed and everything non essential turned off we started the AC again and hoped that it would last the night which it did, thankfully.<\/p>\n
We might have been near the 30 amp limit, I don’t know but we did nothing that we haven\u2019t done many times in the past while on 30 amp. I suspect the breaker has been tripped several times in the past and now trips easily? As you might know sometimes breakers can keep tripping easily once they have been tripped a few times.<\/p>\n
It was so hot that the compressor never caught up enough to shut off. For the rest of this stay we will really think about what we have turned on. Also, I think they days are going to be marginally cooler here, and that will help.<\/p>\n
So, on our trip to the flea market we picked up a piece of material this was one of the few stores we have been inside over the past couple of months while we didn\u2019t ware mask at the flea market, outside and breezy, the store requested that employees and shoppers wear mask.<\/p>\n
Mary spent most of the day 6\/3\/2020 working on a small little project. I think it turned out pretty nice but please don\u2019t tell her I said that.<\/p>\n
