We had to run the heater yesterday and thinking about the AC today, 77\u00b0 with bright sunshine. With the windows open and fans running it’s still getting warm inside.<\/p>\n
We moved about 148 miles this morning, now we’re back in the land of some green and trees, trees that are over 3 ft tall even. We drove by some large flat “green” fields on our route today. Now, we’re firmly in what they call Texas Hill Country.<\/p>\n
We decided to stay here for 4 nights, it’s the weekend, we’re hoping to get Mary’s blood work done on Monday and be able to leave on Tuesday. Then it will be time to scramble eastward so we can get setup for the run up to Louisville for a day of Dr. visits.<\/p>\n

The weekend was mostly washout with fog and drizzle all day, we didn’t even go out for a short walk. Today is going to be 73 and sunny all day.<\/p>\n
Dang, this little burg (Bandera TX) besides having an above normal number of RV parks they seem to have more sirens blaring than Corydon IN and that’s saying something in my book.<\/p>\n
We managed to get Mary’s blood work done today, although she’s not convinced they are going to run the correct test. This happened 3 times once when we were in Yuma AZ, finally the DR said to just forget about the test.<\/p>\n
This park had a few, 12-15, of the BIGGEST trees I have ever seen, they were down by the creek.<\/p>\n
