We’re in Texas

32 degrees when we pulled out of Greenwood LA this morning, the jeep was covered in frost.
We jumped back on I-20 west crossed into Texas and then around 60 miles later we turned southwest for about 100 miles and our very big bypass around Dallas/Fort Worth. We saw the first of what I’m sure will be many, flairs from an oil field.

We’re in a Core of Engeneers park on Lake Navarro Mills, which covers 5070 acres. We’re going to stay 2 nights , Sunday is Mary’s B-day and I still attempting not to drive on Sundays for a while longer. While there is no real shaded spots there are several large trees with sprawling limbs, scattered around.
